What is Endometriosis?

Endometriosis grows as a result of the spillage of dirty blood into the area behind the uterus and this endometrial tissue grows in the ovaries, in the bladder, urinary tract, fallopian tubes and other places. So how can female reproductive damage occur? Dirty blood contains not only endometrial tissue, blood, bacteria, germs and other toxins. The content mentioned is toxic and causes an inflammatory reaction (inflammation) in the area where the blood is spilled and where the endometrium grows.

So, every time a person comes menstruation, endometriosis that has now grown in the back of the uterus or anywhere even in the ovaries, it will produce blood. It will bleed like menstrual blood.

Cyst and Chocolate Cyst

So, this menstrual blood will accumulate if it happens in the ovaries and eventually over time this blood reservoir will become a cyst that grows as a result of the dirty blood reservoir that occurs every month during menstruation. And these dirty bloods turn brown in color and that is why it is called a chocolate cyst in the ovaries. According to Dr Hamid Arshat, dirty blood either from spills in the uterus or arising from endometriosis spots on the back of the uterus itself is a toxic fluid and triggers inflammation or inflammation.

As a result of repeated inflammatory stimulation, then eventually there are adhesions such as fecal tract wall tissue and uterine wall. Adhesion is the result of the early stages of inflammation that occurs as a result of the action of toxins in the dirty blood earlier. So, many areas will experience this inflammation and cause a lot of damage for example if it occurs in the fallopian tubes, it will accumulate damage making the fallopian tubes clogged or the ends of the fallopian tubes become swollen like hydrosalpinx.

Swollen or Inflamed Fallopian Ducts

This swelling will damage the hairs at the ends of the fallopian tubes. This hair is very important in the process of fertilization of the male seed with the female egg because when ovulation occurs, the egg will be pulled or sucked by the action of the hair on the fallopian tubes.

But if a person suffers from endometriosis, damage to this fallopian tube especially the nozzle of the duct causes it to no longer function. In fact, it can be a blockage at the nozzle of the duct and the process of endometriosis will continue causing a pile of dirty blood to be in that place. Such is the case in the ovaries and also in the back of the uterus. Often times this process will cause so much damage into important structures in a woman’s reproductive system such as in the fallopian tubes, ovaries and in the uterus.

Fibrosis

According to Dr Hamid Arshat again, the process that took so long by the action of toxins contained in the dirty blood earlier and become fibrotic (or become thick) and the uterine muscle tissue will be converted into scarred tissue like scars that arise on the surgical site. So, this fibrosis is so severe and damages the uterus that it causes it to not be able to function to shelter the baby in the womb. In fact, it can cause very severe pain when it comes to menstruation.

Uterine damage

Damage to the uterus occurs over a long period of time i.e. many years later as a result of dirty blood that continues to come out during menstruation. So, this endometriosis disease is a disease that will not stop on its own. How to prevent the dirty blood from spilling into the back of the uterus? The woman herself was able to increase her own immunity in order to fight the ill effects of the toxins in the dirty blood earlier.

Hardening Uterus Due to Adhesion

The uterus in the last stage will be hard as a rock and will stick with in the process of adhesion with scarring so severe that it is almost impossible for us to separate between the uterus and the large intestine behind it. Such is the severity of the damage that endometriosis can produce if not treated properly because the disease will continue to occur until the woman reaches the stage of menopause.

Such a very detailed lecture from Dr Hamid Arshat opens our eyes and can give us the knowledge to identify the mysterious diseases that exist in women. It is no longer a mystery if we have already identified the disease! So do regular checkups and continue to seek specialist treatment or go straight to the hospital if you experience any discomfort.
